Getting Started with SleekPass
This guide walks you through setting up SleekPass after installing it from the Shopify App Store.
By the end, your store will be issuing Apple and Google Wallet loyalty cards to customers automatically.
What You’ll Set Up
Section titled “What You’ll Set Up”- Customize your card design — colors, logo, and fields
- Set up in-store sign-ups — print a QR code for walk-in customers
Order status pages and auto-generation on purchase work out of the box. Thank-you page and customer account surfaces are optional Shopify editor setup steps covered below.
Step 1: Customize Your Card Design
Section titled “Step 1: Customize Your Card Design”Open SleekPass in your Shopify admin and click Pass Design in the left navigation.
- Your Store — verify your store name and upload a logo (512x512px or larger). If you skip the logo, SleekPass uses a neutral fallback mark until you add one.
- Colors — pick a color preset from the swatches, or set individual colors for Apple and Google Wallet.
- Fields — choose what customer data appears on each card (order count, total spent, member since, etc.).
- Preview & Test — use the live preview and “Download test pass” button to verify your design.
- Click Save.
For detailed options, see the Card Design guide.
Step 2: Set Up In-Store Sign-ups
Section titled “Step 2: Set Up In-Store Sign-ups”In Share Passes, open the Sign-up page tab and find the Sign-up link section:
- Click “Download QR” to save the QR code image.
- Print and place it at your checkout counter or on table signage.
For customizing the sign-up page and understanding the lead capture flow, see the In-Store Sign-ups guide.
What Happens Automatically
Section titled “What Happens Automatically”Once you have completed the steps above, these features work with no additional setup:
- Cards generate on every purchase. When a customer places an order, both Apple and Google Wallet cards are created automatically. Returning customers get their card data refreshed (updated order count, total spent, etc.).
- Thank-you page shows wallet buttons. Add the Wallet Pass block to your checkout thank-you page to show “Add to Apple Wallet” / “Save to Google Wallet” buttons.
- Customer accounts can show wallet buttons. Add the SleekPass Wallet Pass block to the customer account Profile page so signed-in customers can save or re-save their card any time.
- Card data updates on repeat purchases. Order count, total spent, and other dynamic fields update automatically.
