Home Dashboard

The Home page shows two sections:

• Overview — four stats: Passes Issued (total), Apple Wallet count, Google Wallet count, and POS Scans (successful verifications).
• Recent Activity — the last 5 cards issued with customer name, creation date, and platform badge (Apple/Google).

Check this page to monitor adoption after launch.

Scans Page

The Scans page shows a detailed feed of every POS scan event. Each entry includes:

• Customer name and email
• Result badge: success (green), expired (yellow), revoked (orange), or invalid (red)
• Timestamp

The list is paginated — use the navigation at the bottom to page through older events.

Use the Scans page to:

• Verify that staff are scanning loyalty cards during transactions
• Spot patterns (e.g., many expired scans may mean customers need to re-enroll)
• Confirm that scan events are being recorded after setting up the POS extension
