The Home page shows three scan metrics at a glance:
- Successful scans — total successful POS verifications.
- Last 30 days — successful scans in the past 30 days.
- Customers scanned — number of distinct customers identified at POS.
Check this page after launch to see whether staff are scanning loyalty cards.
Activity
Section titled “Activity”The Activity page has two tabs.
Recent scans
Section titled “Recent scans”A feed of POS scan events. Each entry shows the customer’s name, email, and the time of the scan. The list is paginated — use the navigation at the bottom to page through older events.
Use it to confirm staff are scanning cards during transactions and that scan events are being recorded after you set up the POS extension.
Customers
Section titled “Customers”A list of customers who have a SleekPass loyalty card, with how many times each has been scanned and when they were last scanned.
