SleekPass 2.0 for Existing Merchants
Your existing loyalty passes keep working after the SleekPass 2.0 update. Existing pass designs, issued passes, and grandfathered Loyalty Pass subscriptions do not change.
What Changed
Section titled “What Changed”SleekPass now includes an optional rewards program. Set it up when you want customers to earn points and redeem them for Shopify store credit. You do not need to activate the rewards program to keep using loyalty passes at your counter.
The primary navigation is now organized by merchant job:
- Select the SleekPass app name to open Home, which summarizes setup, program performance, campaigns, and Loyalty pass tools available to your plan.
- Program configures membership, earning, point value, campaigns, and rewards.
- Members finds a member and manages their account.
- Activity shows operational activity and links to the points journal.
- Loyalty pass contains pass design, sharing, and Shopify POS setup when your plan includes them.
- Settings contains plan and app-wide administration.
Where Pass Tools Moved
Section titled “Where Pass Tools Moved”Open Loyalty pass to manage the tools previously shown directly in navigation:
- Select Edit pass design for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet appearance.
- Select Manage sharing for sign-up links, QR codes, and other pass surfaces.
- Select View POS setup for the Shopify POS scanner tile instructions.
Saved links to the focused Pass design, Share passes, and Points activity pages continue to work.
Start the Rewards Program When You Are Ready
Section titled “Start the Rewards Program When You Are Ready”Open Program to review the default program name and membership rule, then set points per dollar spent and the point value. SleekPass explains anything still required before activation. Your loyalty pass continues to work if you leave the rewards program inactive.
